Card credentials
|
Note:
1 - From the Accounts toolbar,
click Card Credentials.
During
the process, a card can adopt 8 different statuses. Each of them corresponds
to a given step in the treatment from the request to the activation. Also,
each of these steps has its own distinctive colour:
•
Badge
requested
:
This status is given to a card that has been requested for printing.
•
Request
to print
:
This status indicates that the card is ready to be printed. All connected
workstations with the badge printing function enabled and a printer configuration
associated to it can now print the badge.
•
Printing
:
This status is given when the badge printing is in-process and to prevent
printing the same badge at the same time on two different workstations.
•
Failed
to print
:
This status indicates a badge printing process failure.
•
Badge
printed
:
This status indicates that the badge printing process has succeeded.
•
Badge
verified
:
When the badge printing has finished, the operator must verify the badge.
During the verification process, the operator has to edit the card and
save it. The status then changes to Badge verified.
•
Badge
shipped
:
This status indicates that the card is ready to be sent to the user.
•
Badge
activated
:
This status indicates that the badge has been activated by a user.
